Returns Policy

At Casanoir, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Conditions for returns:

You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of receiving the order via casanoirofficial@gmail.com

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
